Jerry retired as the President of Chemeketa Community College after working in the education field since 1962. Jerry lives in West Salem and has been a Salem Electric member since 1972.

All board meetings are held at the Salem Electric office, 633 Seventh Street NW. Generally meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 7:00 PM unless otherwise noted.
