Jim is retired from the State of Oregon. Jim lives in Keizer and has been a Salem Electric member since 1969.

All board meetings are held at the Salem Electric office, 633 Seventh Street NW. Generally meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 7:00 PM unless otherwise noted.
