Joe retired as the Training Director for the Oregon Youth Authority, is currently a Training Consultant and spends as much time as possible with his grandchildren. Joe lives in Keizer and has been a Salem Electric member since 1972.

Board meetings
All board meetings are held at the Salem Electric office, 633 Seventh Street NW. Generally meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 7:00 PM unless otherwise noted.
